About Clark Summerford

Clark Summerford’s practice began in the Tuscaloosa County District Attorney’s office. His civil practice started when he joined the Firm in 1985. Since then, he has litigated and tried cases throughout the state on behalf of insurance companies as well as individuals and businesses. Mr. Summerford prides himself in his strong relationships throughout the bar and his practical, but aggressive, approach to litigation. Mr. Summerford is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is a former Board Member of the Alabama Association of Defense Lawyers.
