Mr. Cox began practicing with the firm in the Summer of 2010 as a clerk, was invited to join the firm as an associate when he graduated law school in May of 2011, and became a partner in 2016. Mr. Cox has experience in all phases of litigation (including trial and appeal) and in a variety of areas of the law. Joseph’s hard work and dedication to his clients’ interests have consistently led to excellent results. Mr. Cox serves as Vice-President for the Board of FOCUS on Senior Citizens, on the Tuscaloosa Historical Preservation Commission, and is especially proud to serve on the Board for his children’s preschool, First Presbyterian Preschool. He lives in downtown Tuscaloosa with his wife and children.
